Blue Mountains Take the train from Central station to the Blue Mountains: less than 30 AUD and drops you off 2 hassle free hours later in Katoomba (where you can find Echo Point and the Three Sisters). Much cheaper than a tour - and you can keep your own pace. Trains go back to Sydney every hour. You can take several hikes.

The management was very unhelpful and was not understanding of our late arrival due to unforseen circumstances.
I would not recommend staying here, as it is also over price for other hotels, with closer proximity to the city.
