Worst Stay Ever

I arrived with my family and spoke with a person called Mathew, and my wife found him very rude and arrogant once in our room we could smell smoke from pot coming from under the office door and that night all we could hear up and down the hallway was the Monique and Mathew yelling offensive language at each other so we will never stay there again and we have told all our friends and family members also and we were also REFUSED a REFUND.........NEVER AGAIN

I found Formule 1 Enfield went above and beyond the service standards I expected. I have stayed in Budget Accomadation the world over and this hotel was way above anything else I have stayed in. Monique is fantastic, staff were great nothing was a problem and they are very welcoming and friendly people hence me taking time to write this review.
