I expected more. The girl at reception had a terrible cold, and should not have been at work. The so called 'Suite' was an apology for a badly run down 1940's seedy bedroom, with a less than appealing smell. When I enquired as to an upgrade there was 'None available' I will not stay in this Hotel again, and like most dissatisfied customers I have not complained, but welcome the chance to submit my honest review.
