Disappointed with Service

My wife and I went on a weekend special, the views and location were excellent, the food quality was outstanding. The disappointing issues were how the staff treated us. We were made to feel we were on a "bus trip", at least 10 times, through our evening meal were told "oh" you are on a buget weeeknd, our menus taken from us after being given to us, and the "buget menus" (piece of paper) given to us, this all in front of a full restaurant. It made my wife and I feel very belittled, such a shame, as the food was excellent. This kind of response carried on for the whole weekend, as my wife and I do trips like this very frequently. We were constantly trying to find out what we were "entitled" too. It really did sour our weekend, and finally on checking out, we relayed this to the reception, who said the manager would call us, two weeks later and still waiting.
