This had to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in (if you can class it as a hotel). It was practically a packpackers and when thats not what you're expecting it can come as a bit of a shock. Loud music every night from the backpackers party bar next door, no 24 hour receptionist, nowhere to get breakfast, fire alarms went off 2 out of 3 nights due to poor ventilation in the kitchens (at midnight and 2am), rooms in a very poor condition, dirty, very noisy air con. The list goes on...

This has been purchased by Gullivers who is tearing it down. It is absolutely filthy so we ended up staying at the Lassiter Casino which was great. Don't even think about staying here, regardless of your budget.
