My wife and I had a terrible experience. The room was so dirty and disgusting that we had to go to another hotel. The staff did offer to upgrade us when they saw we had a point, but we were so grossed out that we just had to change hotels. We went to the Saigon Morin and had a great stay. The Saigon Morin was a little more expensive, but worth every penny.
