Excellent value for the money. We found the staff very friendly, they do the best they can if you want help with anything. Our friends had to leave early due to a bereavement and the staff were excellent. The people who took 30 to 40 minuets to walk into the center must have walked backwards, its a 15 minuet stroll, I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very bad experience, in spite of comfortable hotel and rooms, the staff is very unpleasant, specially the manager and the receptionist girl. Everytime asking for our plans for the day as an intensive questioning, only to sell us a tour or bus or airplane tickets, of course more and more expensive than the real price, and trying to convince us with lies about the serious problems of doing that by ourselfs. The bikes are free (maybe the only free you can get here), but very old and in bad condition. You can rent motorbikes in the hotel, but please check it before doing, because it is in same bad condition as bikes, with luck it brakes. Internet service is not free, you will pay even for 5 or 6 minutes, because the receptionist girl can remember the minutes you used the computer in 4 days (!!!!) so clever!! Carefull with the telephone calls! Ask if the 10% plus government tax is included, they noticed us at the checking out time. Very badly served!! Good luck!!

Hotel is relatively new and rooms are nice. However, it is quite far from town (more like 30-40 minutes walk from historic centre rather than 10 minutes they tell you). Staff are constantly trying to sell you additional services and tours. We went on their sunrise tour to My Son which didnt arrive until well after sun rise and didn't include breakfast as we were told it would! Additional costs appeared on our bill which were not disclosed up front (eg taxes - which we had not been told of and which were not separately listed in other hotels we stayed at - and transfer costs). Most importantly staff refused to return passports until we paid the full amount. I would not stay there again or recommend you stay there.
