Caesar hotel would be quite okay if you are using it only as a resting place. Don't be fooled by the 3 star rating indicated, because our tour agent informed us that this was the hotel's own rating. Certain things about the hotel left much to be desired. In particular rooms 108, 232 and 301. The location of these rooms had the following problems; broken window for the room overlooking the construction site, so dust was flying in. one of them had un-wanted paranormal visitor (no exagerration) One room which was near the counter had translucent glass windows and paper thin walls. Not impressed with the reception boys on night duty who were chatting loudly and toying with their mobile ringtones throughout the night. The staff are very polite and friendly however that failed to compensate the other ill-feelings experienced. Also the hotel immediately upon check-in insisted for our passports informing us that they will be safekeeping it. We even have one dubious looking staff querying us why would we want our passports as we have no need for it. (Our social visit endorsement stamp is a good enough reason)
