Loved Queen Star Hotel
We loved Queen Star hotel, we were treated like royalty and the staff were so friendly. The room was really comfortable. Will definitely be back again!

Good Hotel
When I arrived the staff were very friendly and helped me as my bag was delayed by the airline.. The staff were very keen to offer any assistance that they could and always said good morning. All in all this is a very good Hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful hotel! I agree with just about all other comments - large, comfortable room and bathroom. Breakfast excellent. Service throughout the hotel good and very friendly, efficient staff. Can't wait to stay again.

Wonderful
Staff are really friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Stayed there for 7 nights and would stay there again next time I'm in Hanoi as I found it to be so convenient as I could walk everywhere and feel safe by myself.
