Perfect service!

My husband and I spent two nights in the Queen Star hotel in mid April 2009. We loved the whole understated atmosphere of this hotel. Our room was not large but it 'worked' perfectly, and as a bonus we had a small private veranda overlooking street. We loved the way that the rooms were spread out over the lovely gardens and not a towering block in sight. The bed was ultra comfortable and the air conditioning worked wonderfully well. It was definitely one of the best hotels we have stayed in.

My wife and I spent 3 nights at this hotel. This hotel simply exceeded all our expectations. If you like impeccably clean hotels, good service, friendly staff and a great location you’ll love this place. For shear value for money it would take some beating. Our only regret was that our schedule did not allow us to stay longer. We are already talking about returning next year.

It was a great hotel for a budget in that area. If you are looking for a decent place to sleep I would recommend it. "I been to Hanoi many times with the group tour but this is my first time going there on my own, booking this hotel through Internet. The service for all the staffs in this hotel is excellent, I was surprise when I step into this room, is bigger than what i have expected although the front door and reception area is small. Location is perfect, only few minutes walk to the nearest shopping, entertainment centre. These is also a very huge wholesale market next to the hotel, many many cheaps bargains there, ideal shopping place for budget travelers. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends if they are going to Hanoi. Value for MONEY!! Thanks Queen Star Hotel a lot.

The best hotel in Hanoi

We stayed here for 5 nights at the end of March and I was really glad I insisted at my company that we stay here. The room was very comfortable and spotless. The amenities were really nice. The food at the regular restaurant is exceptional. I found the food at the Vietnamese restaurant was average although the ambiance and service was great. It's a fantastic culinary and service experience. The hotel provided transportation to the airport when we left. It was an amazing service experience. I will continue to recommend that we stay there as long as the room rates are not exorbitant and the hotel works with groups like mine.

I love the hotel simply for its convenient location. I can't say very much for the room. It's of a decent size and it's clean. The bathroom is a little small though. Nevertheless, I would definitely choose this hotel should I visit Hanoi again.

I stayed at this hotel twice in the last two months. The first time it was just an overnight trip, and perhaps I only noticed some of the drawbacks of the hotel - chiefly the room size. The room is very comfortable. The bed was wonderful, And not enough can be said of the location. I thought all the service staff had an excellent attitude and were very helpful. You particularly may not find a more competent concierge staff than at Hanoi.

We very much enjoyed our stay here (in one of the standard rooms). We had a laptop so enjoyed the free wifi internet access. The service here is top class as you would expect. We thought the location was great within walking distance (10 mins) of shopping central & all the restaurants there. Excellent breakfasts. We would like to highly recommend it for my friends.

Our stay at Queen Star Hotel was definitely a highlight of our week-long trip to Hanoi. The staff is extremely courteous and accommodating. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The complimentary buffet breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety, including both Chinese and Western breakfast items. Towards the end of our stay, the wait staff during breakfast even remembered my beverage choices! The rooftop health center was very clean and included flat screen TVs, fresh towels and bottled water. We will definitely stay at Hanoi again.

My son and I stayed at Queen Star hotel for four nights at the beginning of our stay in Hanoi. The setting, landscaping and houses are charming. Our room was tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable - with a balcony. As a staff member said to us one morning, "This is your second home." Breakfast was great" Queen star hotel was an absolute pleasure.

I have booked this hotel after i read good reviews on this website, and I was not disappointed. This hotel is very well designed, I loved its. Service is excellent, the staff will provide any information if you need. Food is also great, rooms however are nothing special but are definitely not bad.
