DONT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

Scams- they cheated us for the taxi cost and Halong Bay. When we complaint about the situation the guys at lobby burst in to laugh. The room was so small and dirty and the breakfast was so poor with jam and butter only.

i and my family stay there on march,2009. They recommend us the tour to Halong bay overnight on White Dolphin junk boat. The people in Hotel very helpful and trusth The trip was excellent!

We enjoyed our stay very much, the staff were friendly and helpful and the location was perfect. As it was our honeymoon we enjoyed so much at HALONG BAY that the tour operator in phudo organized for me. Good hotel indeed that I want to recommend.

We stayed in the Hanoi PhuDo hotel in August on our trip through Vietnam. I cannot say enough about this place. After a 10 hour flight followed by a 45 minutes drive from airport. I thought nothing could make us feel human again. After 2 days of serenity in the hotel we wished we could stay longer. It has all been said already but the rooms are beautifully furnished, lots of extra touches, such as soft drinks and water, lovely big comfortable bed, gorgeous bathbus and views is a wonderful host. I would be there now. If you are going to Hanoi, Vietnam, this should be your first choice.

This was the first time I came to Vietnam. I looked through many hotels and last of all I stayed in PHUDO hotel. It was so impressive - the cleaness and comfortable room. The staff were so friendly here, they showed me all beautiful places to visit with the enthusiastic attitude. They helped me book the trip to Halong bay and Sapa. I came back and stayed for 2 more nights before I went to Hue. It's easy to get to Dong Xuan night market and Hoan kiem lake with the good location of PHUDO hotel.

Lovely hotel, good location and friendly staff. I would like to recommend this hotel to all traveler and business. We have very nice time in Hanoi when we stayed at PhuDo, we will come back for next time !!!

My wife and I stayed at the PhuDo for 2 nights in Sept 2008 as our honeymoon. The hotel is conveniently located within walking area, near Hoan Kiem lake, sopping centre, bar and restaurant.The hotel and the rooms are clean, fresh and nicely decorated and big. For the most part the staff are friendly and helpful. The internet access with cable and wireless. The large 29" TV looked luxury and modern equipment in a nice hotel, I'd recommend they start updating to inexpensive LCD flat screens is like 4 star hotel. Lovely hotel that we fully enjoyed. We will return and recommend to our friends visiting Ha Noi, Vietnam in the near future.

All The things we felt from PhuDo hotel were good hotel, good location, good services and friendly staff. Strongly reconmend to others.

Our family had a very good time in this hotel. There were four of us and we booked 2 adjoining double rooms. Except for the initial mix up on the adjoining rooms when we got to our floor, everything went without a hitch. Our rooms and bathrooms were big and comfortable, and were equipped with all the standard room amenities and toiletries (hair dryer, toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, combs, sewing kits, etc). . I've been to many hotels in different parts of the world, but I've never stayed in one that the helpful staff like this . I'd definitely give this hotel a green light if a friend asks my recommendation
