Not good
We felt being cheated when stayed at this hotel. Hotel wa fine, but the location was terrible as it was close to high way that it was very very noisy. Staff were not friendly and helpful. Keep far away from this hotel.

Convenient to go shopping in Hanoi
The location is right in the middle of Hanoi’s drinking. It is well located to access the shopping area of Hoan Kiem Lake and close access to the Malls and night Market in Old Street of Hanoi. All major attractions are close by. Staff always ready to help. Facilities very good. Have no hesitation in saying we will be back again in the near future."

It was nice
The room is big for the price you pay for, they had just refurbished their room (I think so), my room comes with new carpet. It comes with a living room, 10-15 mins walk to Ben then Market or District 1. Recommended for stay.

Good service
During our short stay in Hanoi, we enjoyed our stay in Old Street hotel. It has a superb location. Easy access to shopping and entertainment. Good service.

Great location, friendly staff
Great location if you want to enjoy the sites and atmosphere of Hanoi. Rooms are fairly small but very comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.
