Cheap room but not comfortable!

I booked the room for 2 Nights costs 30$. Room is cheap, but the bath room is too old, you can see everything throught the door. AC just cold not warm in the cold weather. Breakfast is tiny. Latalia

Good hotel and quiet place for staying

Was a good base for our visit to Hanoi. Would recommend the hotel to others visiting Hanoi. Serviced well, clean and comfortable, real joy to stay in for the 4 days. We did the trip to Halong Bay was excellent!

We have 4 persons, stayed in Joy Hotel. We had a great time there, helpful staff, clean, nice rooms. We joined them to Halong bay trip, 2 days, so well organized, beautiful landscape. WE will come back to stay in your hotel again
