If I am to visit Hanoi again, Hanoi Queen 2 Hotel will be the ultimate choice...the service of the staffs, the rooms, the food, they are simply beyond normal words.....Every staff is so helpful, they go all their way to help any request which you have, the room is just so comfortable and beautiful, the breakfast spread is just simply wonderful!!! I am really impressed by everything from Hanoi, this is the best choice of hotel!

Stayed Queen Plaza hotel for 4 nights on holiday. Service, room facilities and staff are excellent. I truly love this hotel! I slept with the curtains opened to watch the beautiful view! The breakfast are wonderful with both Vietnamese food and western food, Everything is Marvelous and Excellent, I wanna stay here again when I come to Hanoi!

We stayed in this hotel a the end of February for 4 days with two other couples and really enjoyed our time there. The hotel is small on quite street and the room we were in had a nice balcony overlooking the St Joseph Church. Breakfast was excellent with western or Vietnamese food, the service was very good everywhere in the hotel. I will return in the future

what a great hotel...from the moment we arrived, till the time we left we were treated great. it was nice staying at a place that knows your name. every time we left and came back we were greated with warm smiles and were greated by our names, the price was great, staff was great and the hotel was great....i will definaltly recommend this hotel to friends.....thanks david, Monica and all the staff...

Room considered small, but acceptable if for two people. We had a relatively small bathroom, but our friends got a big one with bathtub. Hotel is strategically located. Accessible to great shopping areas. Definitely would choose this hotel again if I go back to Hanoi.

The hotel was good, very comfortable and clean. It is in an excellent location, right in the heart of Old Quarter area. Breakfast had a good variety of food. I would stay here again.

The accommodation was immaculate, spotlessly clean, every need was account for, including those nick knacks that may have been forgotten when packing to go on holiday, such as a tooth brush, cotton buds etc.
Tony commended for his attentiveness and friendliness, we felt welcome and relaxed.
The food selection was good and very enjoyable. Activities were covered in great detail, if you wish to go walking, sight seeing, and there was plenty of literature of the surrounding areas within the rooms.
The location was perfect, close to many attraction places .
We will come back here for next trip.

This is a perfect hotel for staying and have a nice time in Hanoi, located close to the Hoam Kiem Lake and easy to go everywhere from here, the breakfast are successful and the service great, so I really recommended this hotel
