We stayed 3 nights at the Hanoi Queen hostel Hanoi, and we must say that these guys are on to it. They took care of all our sight-seeing tours in north and around Hanoi, and did'nt dissappoint. Everything was well organised and on time. We will definitely come back to David and his team for our next stay in Hanoi. Henrik and Todd.
Hotel located in the Old Quarter

Stayed for three nights. Met at Noi Bai airport as promised (free pickup as promised, appreciated, takes the hassle out of arrival) Hotel located in the Old Quarter. Rooms comfortable and clean, David/Rose ad theor staff friendly ad efficient (can organise the tours to Ha Long and Sapa and arrange transport further afield).
Only reservation I have is that the staircase is narrow (no lift) so not suitable for disabled persons or the elderly. Would consider staying here again on return visit as close to everything required.

We stayed here for 5 nights and the staff were so friendly and helpful, we went on the sapa and Ha Long bay tours and they were very enjoyable and were extremely profesionally run. When I come back to Hanoi I will stay here again.

We stayed here for 3 nights and i would really reccomend this place as a base for your stay in Vietnam. Its very close to all amenities ( 2 min walk ) and the free Airport pick up was a gift. We were able to organise trips with the family who run this place and the one to Haolong Bay was excellent. The place is clean, free internet and helpful in every way.

The guest house is in the centre of the old town and very convenient for walking around the town. They are also very helpful at arranging tours and day trips.

The hotel is in a great position and they are very welcoming from the moment you arrive. The crew will help with anything you need. Also organised a great tour of Ha Long Bay.
