Hanoi Queen hotel

We stayed 3 nights at the Hanoi Queen hostel Hanoi, and we must say that these guys are on to it. They took care of all our sight-seeing tours in north and around Hanoi, and did'nt dissappoint. Everything was well organised and on time. We will definitely come back to David and his team for our next stay in Hanoi. Henrik and Todd.

Hotel located in the Old Quarter

Stayed for three nights. Met at Noi Bai airport as promised (free pickup as promised, appreciated, takes the hassle out of arrival) Hotel located in the Old Quarter. Rooms comfortable and clean, David/Rose ad theor staff friendly ad efficient (can organise the tours to Ha Long and Sapa and arrange transport further afield). Only reservation I have is that the staircase is narrow (no lift) so not suitable for disabled persons or the elderly. Would consider staying here again on return visit as close to everything required.

Very happy and enjoyable stay

We stayed here for 5 nights and the staff were so friendly and helpful, we went on the sapa and Ha Long bay tours and they were very enjoyable and were extremely profesionally run. When I come back to Hanoi I will stay here again.
