Fantastic huge rooms with enormous bathrooms, this recently refurbished hotel is great, very modern decor and extremely comfortable. It is centrally located, opposite a market and surrounded by restaurants. The Hotel offers free transfers from the plane and bus. The staff are excellent and very helpful, basic but plentiful breakfast, we will recommend it for our friend

The hotel is located perfectly, directly in the heart of the old quarter. The rooms are clean and well-furnished and the staff is absolutely polite and very helpful. Location is excellent in the old quarter and walking distance to heaps of shops, restaurants and sightseeing etc. The breakfasts for me were the nicest I had in Vietnam. Would definitely stay here again if we go back to Hanoi.

Big room, great viewing

The room was big and clean, the staff was friendly. The breakfast was great. The location is not perfect, is not close to the nightlife, but you can walk and all the important places are close.

I had no problems with staying at the Hanoi Queen 2 Hotel... the staff were generally very helpful ... only time that was frustrating was trying to confirm when I arrived what items should have been in the mini bar ... I was switched around all over the hotel to get an answer to what I thought was a simple question. Position was great, with motorbikes right outside the hotel, and I was able to travel to other areas of Hanoi always at no more than $5 (after bargaining with the drivers!) No problem returning to hotel by taxi and tuk tuk as all drivers familiar with this hotel. Great TV ... loved the movie channel. Very very well priced for a close to central location. Definitely recommend it!

This hotel was really good value for money. I pleasure stay there again if I'll back to Vietnam. Situation was an area where is real life and originally people. Very friendly staff!
