Big room, great viewing
The room was big and clean, the staff was friendly. The breakfast was great. The location is not perfect, is not close to the nightlife, but you can walk and all the important places are close.

Good location!
I had no problems with staying at the Hanoi Queen 2 Hotel... the staff were generally very helpful ... only time that was frustrating was trying to confirm when I arrived what items should have been in the mini bar ... I was switched around all over the hotel to get an answer to what I thought was a simple question. Position was great, with motorbikes right outside the hotel, and I was able to travel to other areas of Hanoi always at no more than $5 (after bargaining with the drivers!) No problem returning to hotel by taxi and tuk tuk as all drivers familiar with this hotel. Great TV ... loved the movie channel. Very very well priced for a close to central location. Definitely recommend it!

I were very satisfied
The hotel is located in the center of old Hanoi. The rooms are new and clean and have computer with internet access and television. The place may be a bit on the expensive side, but we were very satisfied.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ended up booking trips to Halong Bay and plane tickets through the hotel's travel desk.

It's was lovely hotel
This was a lovely hotel to spend 3 nights while in Hanoi. From my first email contact, everything was handled in a very professional way. We had a split stay as we did a trip to Sapa and Halong Bay. We were able to store our bags for no charge and even given a complimentary breakfast (very tasty) on our return from Sapa.
