Great value for money. The best thing about the Hotel was the staff. They were so helpful and friendly and had excellent English. They helped us to book good quality tours at reasonable prices. If we go back to Hanoi we would definitely check in here again!

It is definitely a great value for money budget hotel to stay in. The services at the hotel was excellent! The staffs are fluent in their English - which is most important to most travellers. The room is relatively spacious and bathroom is well-equipped. We used their shower everyday and there was enough hot water which really comes in handy. We will definitely come back to Hanoi and stay at Hanoi Phoenix Hotel again. Thank you to all the staffs there for the great times we had. Hope to see you all again soon.

The hotel rom was so small and dirty. Staff was not good as they pushed us to book their tour with over priced.

Perfect Service,the best place to stay.

This is our second time stay in this hotel which is formally known as Ocean Stars Hotel. Hanoi Phoenix Hotel has been totally changed the name the owner and staff. They used to have some cheap rooms but after being renovated, remodelled and more facilities are equiped ,the price is changed. The staff is very helful,enthusiatic and well-trained and Manager is always outstanding. No more rude staff and creepy atmosphere exists here. Rates with free internet (Wifi ,Broadband) and Valued added tax ,included special breakfast such as Vietnamese noodle soup banana pancake,coffee and Continental breakfast available. They are also a travel agency which is very convenient for the customers with suitable prices.

Great stay , value for money

We have been staying here for the second time. We love Vietnam and this hotel. Before it used to be Ocean Stars Hotel and now Hanoi Phoenix Hotel. Everything is changed we felt very scared when the hotel that we stayed for the fist time was gone, it is 100 percent changed:the name, staff and rooms are renovated,well-furnitured. The rooms are very good value for money. Ours only had an internal "window" ovelooking the foyer area, but in Hanoi having a quiet room was the priority for us and our room was. cleaned every day. The staff are very helpful with local advice, and arrange tickets etc. We return next week; the hotel has stored, free of charge, baggage we did not want to bring on our trip to Sapa. Also, the cafeteria style restaurant served a good omellette breakfast, included in room price, as well as other meals. Location very good, short walk to lake and other sites. Real value for money,we will be back again.
