Do not staythis hotel again
This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Staff were discourteous, rude, most uncooperative. 1 old, grey frayed towel each, two single beds pushed together which we fell down constantly, no basic ameneties in room, not even water. Fridge was empty. Restaurant breakfast was same every day, meagre choice, luke warm, slow service. Noisiest hotel in the world, big gap under the door so all noise permeated the room.No adaptors, hairdryers. Laundry service woke us twice at 4am to deliver laundry back to us.When checking out, staff tried to charge us double the rate we had been quoted. Hotel had also seriously overbooked, every day there were dramas at the counter, they threatened to remove our belongings and put them in a store room while we were out! Everyday they said we had to check out, we had been booked for 3 months!!! Disgraceful service, we are thoroughly disgusted.

Sounds too good to be true
The travel agency that the hotel doubles as is a bit limitied, and we didnt get given exactly what we were told, an "open bus ticket which runs everyday", there were asia public holidays while we were using the ticket and ended up getting stuck in hoi an for 2 days longer than we would have liked, so shop around and ask lots of questions and dont take everything they say as the truth if it sounds too good to be true because it usually is!!

Home away from home. The BEST hotel in Hanoi
Arriving, we were greeted by a delightful man, whose name I can't remember. He was very interested in our travels and was very proud of his hotel. As I remember, there was lots of very elaborate furniture in the public areas of the hotel. Our room was fine. It had everything we needed. Decor was a little dated but very comfortable There were a wide choice of breakfast, it was so great. The service was spectacluar, very hospitable and the front staff speak good English. By the looks, it looks like a small hotel from the outside but lushing with wel-decored furniture in the inside. i would definintly stay here again when i return to vietnam Sure the best hotel in Hanoi. Tip: They has swimming pool indoor

Home away from home! The BEST place to stay in Hanoi
Many thanks from Courtney and family (Australia) to the team at Hanoi Paradise Hotel. Every holiday my family and I play a little game of what was the best, the most amazing, and worst of varies catagories. This hotel received the best award not only from us also from my several friends. The best service, best location and best room. The excellent service started from the time we were picked up at the airport with big smile. The breakfast had many, many choices. The staff was so pleasant and helpful and of course well-trained. We were very well taken care of. They even organised our private trip to Halong bay and Sapa with good price. Overall, staying here was a really great experince, my small daughter didn'n want to leave here. Sure the best hotel in Hanoi. I definately recommend this hotel for all of you who is intending to find good hotel in Hanoi.
