I had chance to come to Viet Nam last year, I do not remember clearly but I used to stay in a 2 star hotel located in Old Quarter. I was so disappointed with the room quality and its services. I had even thought that most hotel in Vietnam was not good, but this year when I came back Vietnam and with my friend’s recommendation, I decided to stay at Hanoi Lake View Hotel which just being opened on April 2008. When entering the first thing I feel that the method of serving of staff is very professional as well as the great location. Because it is adjacent to lake and its air is very fresh, clean. Our room is fitted with all modern equipments such as: air condition, refrigerator, TV, bathtub, internet with ADSL, ect Especically every morning we can walk around the lake. It makes me very pleasant. I really feel satisfied and immediately I have to change my thought about hotel in Vietnam. There are not only convenience rooms but also of staffs with enthusiasm, friendy, experience and especially they speak English very well. I would like to say that I love you.
