SCAM AND KEEP AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL

This hotel is a mafia group in Hanoi and we had a very crazy days in Hanoi. The room was so dirty and the location was also crazy. Toilet was wet and dirty. Breakfast was soo poor as well... Crazy hotel

DIRTY HOTEL IN HANOI

The staff are impossible to deal with as they are soooooo rude! They basically don't care at all. Had too many probs, left early and was overcharged! Cleanliness was a disaster. toilet and room were crazy smelt. I would never return this hotel and NO RECOMMEND!

Good Hotel in Hanoi

This place has amazing service. Mrs. Linh and her staff will always do all they can to help. The hotel also doubles as a tour agency (although no pressure to buy their tours). On many occasions they went above the call of duty (meeting our train at 4:30am!) and letting us have early/late checkins/outs where possible. Spacious rooms are cleaned daily and have aircon. Great location in the Old Quarter. Definitely recommend this hotel - especially for small groups/couples. This place has amazing service. Mrs Linh and her staff will always do all they can to help. Hanoi Golden Queen Plaza Hotel

We had 3 nights at Hanoi Golden Queen Plaza Hotel. We enjoyed our stay and service here. All staff are friendly, funny & helpful, always try to help us by all their best. Room is good: large, comfortable with basic facilities, just bathroom is quite small. Breakfast is ok and serve for free. Very good value for the money paid. I would recommend Old Street Hotel to any budget travellers!!
