Good value for money.
We arrived at Fortuan Hotel at midnight. The staff of the Hotel is so kind, they check in for us till 1:19 am. Because our trip in vietnam is short so we need information for the trip on next day. Mr: Tobee help us. We would like to send many thanks to him and the Fortuan hotel's staff.
We would like recommmend this hotel for everyone.

Very good hotel to stay
Our family booked FORTUAN HOTEL by travel agency when we were traveling in Australia. The travel agent recommended us this hotel. When we arrived the staff were gave us a warm welcome. The loction of the hotel is very comfortable for tourist. The room is large and the Breakfast is so excellent.
We will be back this hotel on our next trip.

Best location, good price and best services!!
It was difficult to find the hotel in the early morning when coming back from Sapa. Luckily, when we rang the bell, Fortuan hotel's staff was opening the door and welcomed us so hospitably!!! The room was middle size, good enough facilities as two star hotels with reasonable price ~ USD 20 included B and Internet. It was easy to find every tourist places, eg: Hoan Kiem lake, night market, shopping centre etc. All in all, I will likely stay there again next time.

The room, blankets and pillows were damp and musty. The bathtub creaked so much we thought it would fall through. The Boy working there pushed tours on us every time we stepped within earshot, claiming how honest and good their tours were and how they wouldn't cheat us. We found much better (and better value and better vibed) hotels and tours elsewhere. The cable TV was good though.

Great location wonderful staff
Tom travel advisor is very helpful not only in travel arrangemants, he is also gives undivided attention to any needs you may aquire. I felt very comfortable here.I booked the hotel for two times, the first for 04 nights and the second for 01 night after coming back from Dien Bien Phu!! All is perfect even better at the second time with the deluxe room (211). Strongly recommend to every tourist and others. Thanks for all!! Surely come back here staying again!!!
