Friendly staff
Helpful and friendly staff.They speak really good English. We will definitely stay here again next time.

Don't trust them!!
Coming back after long trip in Asia. Camelia Hotel N05 is worst hotel I stayed during 6 weeks travelling. The room was too small, windowless,smell and overcharged in all services, especially on tours. Never come back again.

Great Sevice
Good hotel and quiet place for staying Was a good base for our visit to Hanoi. Would recommend the hotel to others visiting Hanoi. Serviced well, clean and comfortable, real joy to stay in for the 4 days. We did the trip to Halong Bay was excellent!
