Love the Binh Minh 2 hotel
We stayed for the weekend in this hotel and it was possibly the nicest and friendliest hotel I have stayed in, in a very long time. They did not ask you to pay up front and the staff were so hospitable and accommodating - it was really refreshing to see. If you asked them to book any trips for you - they were only too happy to do so and they just added it to your bill. So thank you for making our stay in Hanoi such a memorable one, and I will definitely be recommending my friends to stay there, plus I will come back too when I return to Hanoi for a holiday!

Good hotel , good location and great service
I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff went the extra mile each and every day. There's a friendly atmosphere here, honest advice about tours - they actually encouraged me to price check with other companies before booking with them! I did choose theirs and went on two tours - Sapa and Halong Bay -- both were exactly as described and I was not overcharged. My room was brand new with a large bathtub. I've stayed in Hanoi twice before, but this was by far my favorite experience. Cheers to all at the hotel - well done!
