Best kept secret in Ha Noi

I am late in writing this but I saw this opportunity when making my reservation for 2009. I have stayed in this hotel for 3 stays in 3 years. Staff is wonderful and the rooms are clean. Although on a busy street there are rooms with balconies that are peaceful and quiet. Wonderful restaurants and unique shops are close at hand and Lake Hoan Kiem is an interesting 10 min. walk away. Use this hotel as a base of operations and you won't be disappointed
