The staff are so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Breakfast is really good with a large selection of different foods available. The location of the hotel is great for Bangla road. The few massage palours just out of the hotel a really good value for money. Prices at the hotel are very reasonable. Both pools are great. I cannot find fault with this hotel. I have read reviews on other websites complaining about it, but I couldn't find any fault. We travelled as a family which consisted of myself, my husband and our 15yr old daughter who also had a fabulous time. We cannot wait to go back next year.
