Great service, great staff and fantastic experience

Recently we stayed at the Novotel Phuket resort, what we found was a fantastic group of staff who were more than helpful with any request made and did so with a smile and friendly approach. Nothing was to much to ask and after staying at numerous Hotels we found these people to be the best group yet. Our room was always kept immaculate, we were greeted with smiles by all, and a few i can even say became good friends. The Restaurant and bar staff in particular knew us after only a few days and showed us exactly what the meaning of both service and friendship meant to this company. I can recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to stay in Phuket and be well looked after. My only complaint would be the inability to contact Management via email to congratulate certain staff on their outstanding performance.
