Great Value for Money
Hidden at the northern end of Kamala Bay, this resort offers great value for money. Our family of four had a one bedroomed suite which was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space for the kids to relax and for us to spread out in without feeling cramped. Resort facilities were good, we didn't eat there apart from breakfast, prefering to sample the delights at the many different restaurants in Kamala Bay village, but their menu did look to have plenty of variety. Lots of swedish dishes - oddly enough.
The pool was a highlight for our kids and Kamala Bay itself is lovely, although being monsoon season the sea was a little wild for our liking. Apparently quite placid in the high season. The gem of our holiday was Laem Sing Bay just a 5 min drive from Kamala. A stunning private bay where you can really understand why Phuket is considered the pearl of the Andaman.
