Wonderful all-round
We would thoroughly recommend this hotel. The staff were always most helpful and welcoming, the room was comfortable, with all we could require. The food was very good and varied. The gardens and beach area were simply beautiful, with safe calm, swimming during the monsoon season when the popular beaches the other side of the island were lashed by rough waves. The beach is private, so we felt safe to leave our stuff and go off into the water. Panwa House, an old Sino-Portugese mansion on the beach was our favourite restaurant for dinner. Cape Panwas is a quiet area away from town and shops - great for a bit of peace. We loved Cape Panwa Hotel.

Great Service & Staff
5th visit-made to feel very welcome. Like a second home. Quiet location but only a taxi ride from any variety of lively nightlife you could wish for. Tim, the guest manager, very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. A proper structure going out to sea to stop people walking on the coral would be an advantage.
