Waste of good money

The Hotel is literally rotting away,the once beautiful fishponds are filthy and the staff have couldn't care less attitude that beggars belief. I had no hot water and despite several complaints nothing was done.The receptionist was surley and never even said thank you when I paid my bill!!! This is not typical of Thailand but I advise anybody,stay away.
