| Cool elegance |
| This is an excellent hotel which offers luxurious tranquil surroundings in the middle of the hurly burly of the city of Bangkok. All rooms provide stunning views of the Chao Praya river and are furnished to a very high standard. Bathrooms are particularly well equipped with the sort of extras one has come to expect for this price bracket - tv in the bath, music streaming facility etc. Each floor offers its own 'butler' on hand 24hrs to service guests requests. The usual welcoming trimmings are healthy, beautifully presented and swiftly cleared away by inconspicuous staff. For the business traveller each room provides great working facilities and ease of connection to the wider world through the internet connections, fax and phone facilities. Bars and restaurants are plentifully spread throughout the hotel all offering high quality modern cuisine with swift and discrete service. Our stay was topped by the surprise presentation of an indulgent chocolate cake on our anniversary whilst sitting by the cool and elegant lap pool. A haven of peace and calm amidst the crazy pace of the wonderful BKK. Highly recommended. |
