The LandMark Bangkok
Hotel was very clean and room facilities good especially the bath room. The reception was well maned although laking in personality. The English Bar is a pick up joint for the local Thai women not for British women.

It was ok
We stayed here last October paying full price for 3 adults my husband and I and our 14 yr old son we booked a suite they cramped a camp bed into the lounge area and our room was located on a smoking floor even though we had asked for non smoking at time of booking so we had the joy of smelling cigarette ends every tiem we exited the lift. Our room was noisey with a water cooled air conditioner rattling away outside our window. The jacuzi on the roof I can report is the dirtiest I have not had the pleasure of using. I use many hotels on business and for pleasure we are returning to Bangkok this October but the Landmark is not on the itinary. They need to decide on a target audience of business or holiday I would say this is not a holiday hotel. There were some interesting places to eat within the hotel. The reception staff have attitude and were never very helpful which I found strange as the Thai people as so friendly. It was hand for the skytrain.
