Always stay here
We have been staying at this hotel for several years, never with any problem I even lived here for 1 month before I rented an apartment. The rooms are big and the beds are huge. It surprises me to hear the whingers. What do you expect for 800 baht a night? It has a swimming pool and a decent restaurant. I have always found room service to be good, and as for having doors opened for me, like I said before what do you expect for 800 baht a night? But saying that the door staff have always opened the door for me, with a smile as well I might add.

Lousy service and staff
The hotel is centrally located for all amenities, however the efficiency of the staff and the service provided is not up to the standard of other smaller hotels. For instance, guests are not met at the door and don't have the door opened for them as is the norm elsewhere although there are several staff members who seem to stand around doing nothing all day. Reception staff give the impression that every day is the first day on the job. Requests for room service take forever.

My comments
Central and convenient location, walking distance to Huay Kwang MRT Station. Carrefour, Robinsons and Fortune Center (great for computers, softwares and things electronic) are nearby. Good value for money.
