Good Hotel Starting to Show Wear
The President Solitaire is not a 5 star hotel. They offer serviced apartments on a short term basis. There are a number of amenities worth considering like the 42 inch Plasma TV. Rooms are large. I have stayed four times over two years. I have noticed the hotel is starting to wear. There are now a few too many stains on the furniture, a few too many minor maintenance issues to warrant their rates. My next stay in Bangkok will be elsewhere. The staff is accommodating. Unless they refurbish the rooms or reduced their rates to the $50 range, you can do better elsewhere.
