We stayed at Howard Plaza on the month of Nov. In general, I'd say it was a decent hotel. But paying the price of a 5star hotel, I feel the quality of services can be much improved. We approach the Concierge counter for some info. And we the staffs are quite rude. As this was not the first hotel we stayed in Taipei. In comparison, we found that some 3 star hotels in some area can even provide a better, friendlier service. However, the room is quite comfortable, set aside its old style furnishing. |

| Overall good but.... |

It is a comfortable hotel with very spacious rooms and at an excellent location. Good for the price too. Sauna service is supposed to be complimentary in the package but female guests can only use the service in the day (as women, we need to work in the day too!!!) also, the gym equipments are a bit outdated... may I request strongly you to get a crosstrainer to replace one of your treadmill? |
