The lobby is ok - big but strange decoration. I was ok but the attitude of the staff was so careless and could not communicate properly in English - never mind. I went to reception and checked in: Such a disappointment when I entered the room, bad smell, dirty carpet, old furniture and TV. I asked to move to another room, same bad room. When I asked to get a better room they told me: "sorry it is already 2 rooms you visit and they are all the same anyway": Since it was late and I did not know the city, I took the room and ordered room service. What a challenge to take my order in English and of course I did not get exactly what I ordered and the steak was overcooked , the salad was not washed properly and the fruits probably not washed ...... I stayed only 1 night and move the next day to another hotel .... I forgot! 15,000 Krw just to use internet in your room when you pay already your room 170,000 Krw ..... for such a poor room and service ..... No way I will ever go there again.
