Colorful In Many Ways

If you would like to live in the middle of a colorful marketplace, this hotel is situated in a street converted to a marked place most of the day and into the first part of the night. The hotel is old - small and dirty rooms - noise from street shops enormous entire afternoon and into late evening. Staff was not very helpful but okay. Price was compellingly low.
