Awful
Recently travelled with an 8 month old baby from UK to Australia. We were promised an early check in and late check out the next day. After a very long flight from the UK we arrived feeling tired out and an upset baby in tow. The reception informed us that there was no room ready and we would have to wait at least 5 hours, not easy when you have an over tired 8 month old baby in need of a wash and change. The next day we received a call from reception wanting to know why we hadn't checked out, we had to remind them again that we had pre booked and paid for a late check out, we told them this at check in, but obviously didn't listen to us!
All of the receptionists at this hotel require training on organisation and communication. They do not listen to what is said.
The rooms at the hotel are ok, if a little small. The bar food was very average and the restaurants very expensive.

Never again
Booked and paid for a deluxe room & only received superior. Staff at Front Desk quite rude & uncooperative. No clocks/radios in rooms, or refrigerators. Definitely not up to 4 star standard. Have stayed in much better equipped 3 star hotels. Would never recommend.

Boy what a room
Stayed via Singapore stopover and had to book two rooms for family of four,told on check in that rooms would not after all be ajoining, but in the same breath was offered an executive suite with two roll away beds for our toddlers..boy what a room(s)! Found the staff more than helpfull and everything very clean and tidy, didn't want to leave! Only moan would be the changing rooms for the pool haven't been updated yet and leave a lot to be desired.
