Beds gave me bed bugs
For our function, we catered for our meals and had them in the function rooms. The buffet was less than satisfactory, and variety was very limited. To make it worse, I came back from the weekend stay with 5 bed bug bites all over my body. The bath tub was clogged, and when I called the Housekeeping to come up and unclog it, they didn't come up. I had to bathe with water level that was ankle deep. Tv channels are terribly limited, plus tv remote controls did not work. In conclusion, I thought and expected that Furama was 3-star. It does not deserve 4-stars.
