Poor Customer Service

I called to ask for a rate to a certain helen over the phone, she was nice at first but when I ask her for the lowest rate that she can offer, she opted to help me on my queries by just saying YES or NO. An obvious discrimination for a hotel, anyway they just showed me how bad their service is so better stay in other hotel instead

It was fine. Clean and affordable, though we only stayed for a night. Front desk staff was really friendly. I would definitely visit it again.

The hotel was decent for the price. Condition of hotel was fair. It's an older place so doesn't feel as clean. Hallways were dark. Great location to mall and other amenities. Free breakfast. Food took a while to prepare and was not that good. Front desk staff friendly.

My family and I are very pleased with the staff and service at the Contemporary Hotel. My son's party at the hotel was wonderful. Food was great and the staff, very accomodating. Ms. Lyzel Castillo was a big help for us from our party arrangements to our hotel accomodations. Although our stay was brief, we enjoyed it. Thanks Lyzel and the rest of the hotel staff.

I enjoyed my stay here. Staff was awesome. Food was okay, it could be better though. But most importantly, I felt secure. Overall, a very very decent hotel. It was worth every penny. I'd definitely stay in this hotel again, matter of fact, I'm checking in next week. Reppin' 858!!!!

First of all, let me just say that this place being affordable does in NO way mean it is low class. My husband and I ALWAYS stay at the Contemporary Hotel whenever we go to (Metro) Manila. Hotel staff is very friendly, the location is great, service is excellent. And how's this for personal relations: we even got a Christmas card from them last year! A very nice surprise we appreciated indeed. More power!

For those who are looking for a nice place to stay in Quezon City and don't need a fancy star rated hotel, this is a very great Hotel to stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and nice. And the prices are very affordable. If I go back, and I will, to Quezon City I surely will try to stay here agen.

I really enjoy my stay at this hotel.. The staff are friendly & accomodating.. Plus it has a pool to relax after a very tiring day strolling at the mall.
