just would like to comment on the way your front desk staff demand for payment....most of the hotel usually leaves note or letter as a reminder for your payment for your room acconodation...but in your hotel they demand payment not considering the fact na may mga ibang guest nakaharap...well in fact 1 day ka lang d nakabayad...they should take into considerations that some people are sensitive in that matter....I would like to get the attention of Ms. Eloisa and MS Anne Lorraine....your in the frontline therefore you should be more courteous in dealing with youe guest..But still as a whole the staff esp. the buffet resto are very excellent and very friendly..I'mstill looking forward to stay with you again.thanks.
