I had my share of bad experiences with some hotel but this hotel takes the cake.I arrived at the hotel at 5am and there were nobody at the door to help me with the luggages.I approached the reception to check in and they were all half asleep and was told that they will charge me an additional half day for early check in. My question to them was why this additional charge was not highlighted during the course of me booking the hotel. I was very annoyed and decided to pursue the matter with the GM next morning. I left several messages for him and he never bothered to return my call. An overview of my experience with this hotel is that the frontliners,service staffs including the GM must attend intensive training on SERVICE RELATIONSHIP. They are a disgrace to the rest of Hyatt Chain of Hotels.
