Re: NELSON VALDEZ BELLMAN / CONCIERGE RENIASSANCE MAKATI HOTEL, MANILA Gentlemen / Ladies; I would like to take a special note on my wife’s behalf and myself an appreciation to Mr. NELSON VALDEZ. We have been regular guests of Renaissance Marriot Makati for years when in Manila. Mr. Valdez by coincidence has been a friendly relief each time. He is very courteous, friendly and with an infectious smile. He makes our stay at your hotel more relaxing, if not reassuringly hospitable.
