Top Local Tips for Cebu

Fast transit is a good choice If you are coming to Cebu pre-arrange your transportation. I use Fast Transit. They have clean small cars but can arrange for a van if you have several people. They greet you at the airport and sweep you away to your destination. They will even take you on tours or shopping trips where they just wait for you. They are less expensive than the other rental car places like Hertz. (rental cars come with drivers in Cebu because the rules of the road are rather strange here)
