Excellent service, wonderful value

Good value for what I paid. They were just finishing off the first of two swimming pools when I was there. The place is still has a lot of development going on but only during the day. The room is better than most you will stay at. I stayed one week and paid usd199 for the whole week. I also had free internet and free airport transfers. I will stay again next time in Cebu.

We paid just USD550 for the entire month stay at SDR. There was an extra charge of approx USD55 for bills (on a usage basis) which was reasonable. The location is close to airport, malls, restaurants, bars, supermarket and beaches. About 20 mins to downtown Cebu. Lovely staff, including the irrepressible Leelin :) there is ongoing construction - as more apartments are being decorated, I assume for rental. Didnt bother us as limited to internal work. The value is incredible for what you get. A stylish apartment with a real kitchen, large refrigerator, hot and cold beverage heater, plates, cutlery, modern furniture etc.

Rooms are big and have a kitchen. Very cheap approx. USD 550 per month plus about 40 in bills. Staff is excellent :) thanks leelin.

Great value apartment

Good location on mactan island, cebu. Close to malls, shopping centre, supermarket and beaches :) Rooms are high standard. There is 5 large apartment blocks but we stayed in the main building as there is still construction in some of the other buildings. All in all a great stay at a very fair rate.

Not flash on the outside but rooms are excellent. Paid usd499 per month, which is outstanding for what I got. Lots of cool expats staying there - many divers! Close to restaurants and general amenities.
