Wonderful and helpful staff
My 2nd or 3rd time at the Cebu Grand Hotel. Each experience has be a wonderful one. Unsure if it is the staff or just the Philippino people. They make you so relaxed and at ease. Looking forward to my next visit at the Cebu Grand. Everything you would want for the money. Hello to Anna and Susan on the desk. Not only very helpful, but also very attractive.

I WAS HAPPY
I had a wonderful stay at the Grand hotel in August and September. The rooms were clean, neat and very nice. The staff was wonderful and friendly. The food in the resturant was very good. The wait staff was helpful, kind, and very friendly. The price was right on target with all the other hotels. I was very happy and pleased with all the services at the hotel. If I go back to Cebu rest assure I will be at the Grand.

Great front desk, polite and courtesy staff
I was very impressed with the young lady on the front desk. Very informative about Cebu city and fine eating places. The hotel was decent,maybe needed a little redecorating but overall,comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good and staff most helpful with special orders. If rooms available will return in Oct. 07 for a couple of weeks.
