La brea is great we got huge room althou its a peak season feb 15,2009 cost php1,100.oo is good for my budget with my daughter 6yrs old she also like this hotel very much great clean room huge bed t.v. cable electric fan good comfort no. 1 for the visitors and also for me the service is good the location very accessible to all nearby All in all its great i will recommend this to all my friends and near relatives. For the past few years of going back and fort to Baguio this is the very first time i encountered La Brea Inn very very much great. I'll be back in this hotel every now and then Thanx.

La Brea inn would cancel reservations when somebody arrives and is ready to occupy. We reserved online and through phone 3days before. Even called to confirm our bookings for 9pm. agreed that we will pay for the whole day even if we don’t consume it. 7pm we called that we will be late and will arrive at around 12-1am. They said that it’s ok and we are still reserved. 11pm we texted and said that we're still in the bus and will arrive much later. But then they replied that they cancelled the booking at 12am. We told them that we called to confirm earlier and they said that it’s ok. We asked if there were any room available. They said none and its only 11pm (which they said that cancelation will be made by 12am). But then cancelled because our reservation was until 7pm only. Very inconsistent right. They will confirm but they will not give the room to you. Even if we arrive on time we may not get a room. The taxi driver who brought us to session road even told that it’s really like that in La Brea, they still accept reservations with their few rooms but if somebody came ahead of you, then it’s cancelled.

Our stay in Baguio last December 12-14 is my most memorable stay. It was actually an ideal one. Beside the fact that we stayed at a clean and comfortable place like La Brea Inn it was also fascinating to stay there with a special someone. The only OFI or Opportunity for Improvement that I noticed at La Brea is with regards to the elevator. We stayed at the 6th floor but the elevator only serve up to the 4th floor. besides that La Brea is a comfortable and good place to stay...It is located at the centre......near to the market, SM Baguio, Bus station etc.

Good rooms with hot/cold water, very huge, wide, 3 of us, my husband and son. Near by market, Burham eating places - have everything. I'd love to go back there this coming xmas.

when I checked into this hotel la brea inn, I thought it was expensive but it was very affordable for us. The room are very spacious and clean. The toilet and bath clean as well. I'm sure we will come back and stay here for Christmas with our kids!

Great location It is smack in the middle of the action. It's just a stone's throw away from a wide selection of restaurants, the cathedral, the market, clubs, burnham & etc. The rooms are neatly arranged, wide & appropiately priced. cable tv is available and so is hot water. My wife & I stayed here twice already & haven't been disappointed each time. La Brea Inn cater to budget conscious travellers who want the best out of their buck. I'd definitely recommend it to everybody.

We stayed four nights, simple but most importantly, clean rooms. Rates are affordable, staff helpful. Room is of good size & cleaned everyday. Close to food, shopping, pubs. Hope to go back with my sweetheart soon...

Stayed here for 3 nights, place is very accessible. Nice staff, very accomodating. They have clean and spacious rooms. Room cleaning was done everyday. Nice place and very affordable. Ambience is a little cold though. Restaurants are everywhere, and there's an internet shop in the building. Everything else is great but going up the building is a bit tiring since the elevator only works from 2nd flr-6th flr. (la brea is on 4th-6th flr) We'll definitely come back though.

We stayed there overnight and the stay was satisfying. Such affordable rate plus the clean room (and the bathroom as well) were fantastic! You should try to be here and you wont regret living here for just a night or two... the accessibility of tourist spots like the shops along the session road, Baguio Cathedral and parks within the central.. superb!
