According to a couple of online reviews The Pearl manila is pet friendly, that is the reason why I booked a room online. However when I called to confirm my reservation they told me that they are not pet-friendly. I asked to speak to a manager and the person at the front desk put down the phone, I called back and the same thing happened. I wouldn't book this hotel ever again!
I called to ask for a rate to a certain helen over the phone, she was nice at first but when I ask her for the lowest rate that she can offer, she opted to help me on my queries by just saying YES or NO. An obvious discrimination for a hotel, anyway they just showed me how bad their service is so better stay in other hotel instead
