almost 30% more expensive than a 5-star hotel in KL, their argument being they're one of the two "better" hotels around. No water hot enough, 21" TV, only 12-13 channels, breakfast barely regular, they'd change towels upon you deliver the ones used beforehand. No eggs served to your table, cracked bathtub ! |
