Busy Traffic Spot
Located at one of the busiest traffic spots in Petaling Jaya. Taxi service is deplorable but not the hotel's fault anyway. The hotel management is trying their best to accommodate and cajole the taxi drivers to serve their customers. The shuttle service to be made more frequent. The rooms are acceptable. Could do better with bigger TV though, since their rooms are quite large and spacious. The room pricing is a little bit on the downside. Phone calls for reservations produces room rates that are different from those published in their website. The staff are also acceptable, however they need to be more proactive since it is quite noticeable that they only answer if you ask them.
