| The Most Pathetic 4 Star Hotel Ever I Have Been in! |

For a price of RM560.00 a night, the room was horribly damn small, and they claimed it is a GRAND DELUXE ROOM, which have a balcony facing the sea, but hell no!! Stayed for 2 nights and everything was like a nightmare!! The staff were disrespectful, never smile, look at people like we are like a beggar coming into their stupid hotel. Food and beverages are wayyyyyyyyy sooooo expensive for a just 4 star hotel. A simple Fish and chips would cost you RM40.00 each and a glass of Orange juice is at RM28.00 per glass!!! Breakfast is boring. Pool is nice but when its get crowded, it will loose all the charm. The Kids club was awesome and same goes to the staff in that club, very attentive and do have a little bit courtesy. Manager in duty

| Nothing To Do... But To Lounge |

The lounge bar is the best thing of GPP in Penang. The room need a refreshment, the beach is shabby, the pool way too hot (?clean?), the pool staff impolite (they can't keep their eyes of your wife), the mixture of visitors bizarre. But the worst is that -besides sunbathing- there's really nothing to do but to go to Georgetown for some mediocre shopping. A cabdriver said the all the activity moved to KL. I really cannot recommend a stay in this environment for over three days. |
