Casuarina Hotel serves excellent Asian cusine and Italian food. The breakfast is sumptous and finger lickering good. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. Beautiful beach view and lovely sun set view. Nice swimming pool and spacious parking lots. I have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to any holiday makers. The staff and service of this hotel completely ruined my holiday. Everything was bad: check in, the room, the staff, the breakfast and facilities. It is not worth your hard earned money. We couldn't get a sit during breakfast and F&B supervisor extremely rude, even challenged me to a fight. We waited 3 hours for an iron. The rooms were run down, toilets didn't work. This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.
