The staff and service of this hotel completely ruined my holiday.
Everything was bad: check in, the room, the staff, the breakfast and facilities. It is not worth your hard earned money.
We couldn't get a sit during breakfast and F&B supervisor extremely rude, even challenged me to a fight.
We waited 3 hours for an iron. The rooms were run down, toilets didn't work.
This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. |
